Throughout the filming VARGAS Noah and his production team are invited by villagers to the courtyards of their homes and this is where Noah, taking a look the rural lifestyle, she realizes the reality very contrasting with urban lifestyle. In 2007 produced, directed and co-shoot with Aaron Maldonado (writer of the script) a world without water, a short-documentary touches on the theme of water resources and their current threats and challenges of the populations in Tamaulipas that lies ahead to avoid a crisis in this vital liquid and threatens the quality of life for all. The documentary is received awards and recognition from the UAT (Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas).

By December of that year, Noah begins to work on his next project which is filming now (2009).
